Our Story
Built From the Ground Up
MKH Rentals started with a simple idea: take run-down apartment units, renovate them properly, and offer them at prices that make sense for college students.
Every unit has been fully updated with new finishes, hard flooring throughout, and modern fixtures. We include water, sewer, and garbage in the rent because splitting utility bills between roommates shouldn’t require a spreadsheet.
MKH is part of a family of companies that includes 911 Construction, a general contractor operating across the Palouse. When something needs to be built or fixed, we don’t have to call someone, because we are local and available to help.
Who's Behind This
The Team
Small team, no layers. You deal directly with the people who own and maintain the property.
William Perry
Runs day-to-day operations, oversees renovations, and manages the property portfolio. Also operates 911 Construction across the Palouse.
Joe H
Co-manages the rental portfolio and handles tenant relations. Brings a practical, reliable approach to property management.
